"I was extending my stay there for one more night after I checked out, it happened to have broken ringer on the room phone, so I had trouble to receiving phone calls from my friends and has to call them 3 times, all being charged even I reported the problem right away, they should never charged me on those phone calls, all local and 1.06 of each, not too much money but I don't feel I should pay for it."
